·     Salaries and benefits for SDF staff at national and regional

     units of SDF

2. Institutional Development at Community Level

(i) Village Institution Development

·     Mobilizing hardcore poor and poor of the project villages

     into Jibikayan Groups, setting up Gram Parishad, Gram

     Samitis  and Village Credit Organizations

·     Providing facilitation and handholding support to the

     village community through setting up of Cluster Facilitation

     Teams

·      Fund for building Federations of Gram Parishad

·     Funds for setting up of Community Professional Learning

     Centres.

3. Implementation of Community Action Plans

(i) Institutional Development Funds

·     Providing Capacity Building Fund to the village community

     for communication campaigns, capacity building,

     development of village institutions etc.

(ii) Livelihood Development Fund

 

·      Providing Livelihood Assistance Fund as  one time grant to

     the most vulnerable and the disabled people

·      Providing skill development training to youths of hardcore

     poor and poor families.

·      Providing Sabolombi Fund to Hardcore Poor and Poor and

     youth for income-generating activities.

(iii) Community Infrastructure  Funds

·     Implementing  sub-projects

     for community infrastructure development.

(iv) Incentive Funds

·      Providing Incentive Fund for those village institutions

     which successfully implement VDPs following all the non-

     negotiable project principles.

(v) Flood Rehabilitation Fund

·      The activities under FRF are described in a separate

      document

4. Pilot Private Financing of Community Utilities

  (i) Technical Advisory  Service for Private  Participation

·    Exploring innovative partnership for new product

     development and testing, new markets etc.

·      Promoting market  linkage, partnership development,

     entrepreneur development, support to innovative

     ideas/business etc.

·     Support for bridging the gap between micro and SMEs.
